Arthur's Seat
covered in snow, in the background. In the foreground is the George Square
car park, and a rather cool looking mosque on the right. To the left (rather
dark) is the popular pub The Woolpack.

This is a gorgeous
picture of George Square Park covered in snow. Directly to the left of this
is Appleton Tower, where most of my (Duncan) lectures were held last year.

This picture
was obviously taken in spring. For people never been in Edinburgh: no, it's
nothing like the Scottish Highlands. It has more sunny days than any other
city in Scotland (I think).

Lansdowne Crescent
in Dean Village, west of Palmerstone Place. At the end of the street you
can see a church: St. Mary's Cathedral.
